Flipkart's IT system has become one of the most sophisticated and extensive. The systems are more complex in many ways. On sites like IRCTC, all users see the same screen, but on Flipkart, even the screen changes based on user- and system-related algorithms. Flipkart deals with 80 million products and a vast number of resellers, delivery stations, and delivery vehicles. “Each year, we are getting 30% more precise,” says Utkarsh B., Principal Architect at Flipkart.
