TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE ( MALAYALAM VOICE )
Qualification: Fresher’s or experienced with minimum qualification of B.Tech in any stream.
Good communication Skill with fluency in English & Malayalam.
Ready to work in rotational shift with rotational off.
Handling customer complaints and follow ups.
Language Skill: Malayalam

Strong customer service skills
Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
