Talent Acquisition Executive - IT

  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to
    find quality candidates and attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media.
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-filltime-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment
    opportunity through different medias and activities.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Interview and assess applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open
    positions.
  • Research and implement diverse recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent from various sources.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.
  • Coordinate Employee Engagement activities.
  • Take ownership of managing the company’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn, to ensure regular, engaging, and professional updates that align with company goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.

     

    • Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
    • Experience with sourcing techniques.
    • Understanding of referral programs.
    • Sound judgement.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Handle end to end recruitement process

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
