Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment
opportunity through different medias and activities.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Interview and assess applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open
positions.
Research and implement diverse recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent from various sources.
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.
Coordinate Employee Engagement activities.
