Business Development Executive
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B/B2C sales or partnerships, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and expanding market presence across domains like IT, Insurance, Banking, or similar industries.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and tailor appropriate solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale relationship management.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and business cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Business Intelligence, Operations, Product) to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand and offerings.
- Proven business development or sales experience (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client network or industry connects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or any related field.

- Strong understanding of industry verticals like Insurance, IT, BFSI, or others.
