Job Details
Senior Azure Cloud Engineer
Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available Azure infrastructure.
Manage and optimize Azure services including VMs, Azure Functions, App Services, AKS, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, VNETs, Azure DevOPs.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
Set up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Monitor and maintain cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
Ensure cloud architecture meets compliance, governance, and security requirements.
Migrate workloads from Azure to Azure, On-premise to Azure, Other Cloud to Azure
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior cloud engineers.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues in a cloud environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Closely work with sales team and customer team for requirement gathering and deployment phases
Requirements
5+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Azure cloud.
Deep understanding of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and networking services.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform).
Proficiency with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other scripting languages.
Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD).
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration using AKS.
Understanding of cloud security best practices (RBAC, NSG, managed identities, etc.).
Experience in Migrating workload
Experience in designing and deploying infrastructure in Azure
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning in Azure.

Azure certifications
Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
Knowledge of cost optimization strategies in Azure.
Exposure to other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
